Across different people, eras, and methods, one thing has remained unchanged: the heartfelt dedication and meticulous care—what we call “meraki” in Greek—that defines every effort we make.

We are a family-run business based in Vasilies, Heraklion, Crete. Now in its third and fourth generations, our family continues its agricultural legacy, seamlessly blending tradition with innovation.
